Pack 197 will not publish the picture of any
boy on the
Pack’s website without prior written consent of the parent or guardian.
We will
be following the guidelines set forth by the Indianhead council for a
Pack
website. You may view these guidelines at http://www.indianhead.org/resources/webmaster.asp.
I grant permission to Pack 197 to publish pictures of my son, ____________________, participating in Pack or Den activities, on the Pack website. http://www.pack197.indianhead.org
I also grant permission for pictures of myself at Pack or Den activities to appear on the website.
I understand that group pictures, where individuals are not readily identifiable do not need this permission form.
